The recent spate of suicides and untoward incidents calls for training the cops on stress management, time management and performance management. The police training colleges in various parts of the globe are doing a decent job but a lot is desired to be done. External trainers has to do a thorough need analysis of their exact need and onlt then think of formulating training modules.
